When are picks released?

There is no set time picks are released. We will always post at least 30 minutes before a game starts.

How do I receive the pick(s) that I purchased?

All picks are posted in the "View My Picks" area. If you have a subscription and a new pick is posted you will be notified via email.

Cancellation and Refund policy

You may cancel your subscription and get a prorated refund at any time.

I am having trouble verifying my account.

You will need verify your account with the link we sent to your email address. Please note, the email may have gone to a trash or spam folder. If this is your first account with Pregame.com and you are still having trouble after checking your email, send us a message at support@killersports.com

How do I fund my account?

How do I set up text alerts?

Please visit the Account Info page by clicking HERE. Make sure that a valid phone number is entered in the Phone Number field, and verify that the Text slider is enabled under Pick Subscription Notifications.

How do I view/receive my plays once I've set up text/email notifications?

You can view the plays by going to the specific handicapper's page under the Investments By Expert tab, or you can view all of your active picks HERE.
